If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from us at our online shop, please let us know with 14 days that you want to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods (unless you purchased meat). We will then issue a refund to the card that you paid with for the full amount of the goods purchased that you will be returning. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying for the return of goods, unless the fault is ours.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
